- You own your data. Your contacts, templates and content stay yours. Export them any time.
- We never sell personal data — not yours, and not your subscribers'.
- Permission-only email. Every account must send to people who asked to hear from it.
- Cancel any time. No lock-in; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- No tracking on our public site. No analytics or advertising cookies on these pages.
- A real person answers. Questions and grievances get a reply within 2 business days.
How the documents fit together
The Terms of Service are the main agreement between you and Lebx. The Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Data Processing Addendum form part of those Terms. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data. If documents conflict, the DPA prevails on data protection matters and the Terms prevail on everything else.
